Howard University wanted an animated site that looked the same across browsers. In addition, they were adamant that the content on the site be hard to copy since much of it was propriety. Therefore Flash was the best solution.
We created a hand coded, PHP driven backend to capture user information and manage an address book. Because the site content was so robust, we created a dynamic navigation bar that traced the users path throughout the site and provided context for the content.
The NMAETC site was the last site I did as a "full" Flash site.
